The following is an ongoing list of resources to help anyone impacted by the Coronavirus / COVID 19 Pandemic.
I think it’s fair to say everyone’s worried at the moment. The spread of COVID-19 is something we haven’t experienced before and there’s a lot of change underway for us.
By now, most people are following the medical advice around hand washing, social distancing and restricting our movements as much as we practically can.
But while we’re being careful, let’s not forget the mental health component of self-care right now. Some people might be finding this more worrying than others and now is a great time to support each other and make a conscious effort to be kind.
The HSE has issued some advice to help us all mind our mental health right now. It includes things like:
– Staying informed but setting limits around social media updates
– Keeping up your healthy routines like your favourite exercise or hobby
– Staying connected with family and friends using phone, video calls etc

We’ll get through this together. Medical experts at home and around the world are working to contain the virus. In the meantime, we can all do our bit to slow down the spread of the virus and support each other.
